Our founder and CEO

Paul Kamanga received his degree in business from the School of Hard Knocks. He gained extensive experience in the call center industry while working in Cape Town, South Africa.

In 2021, he returned home to Malawi with a vision to start a software engineering school that uses a mastery-based learning approach.

With the help of educational experts from top institutions in Malawi, he created a curriculum that leverages the untapped potential of his fellow countrymen.
